1. Service Agreement

By availing of our services, you authorize Alkuwaiti Garage to perform repairs, maintenance, or installations on your vehicle as per your request. You agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle and the issues requiring attention.

2. Estimates and Payments

We provide detailed estimates for all services upon request. Prices are subject to change if additional issues are identified during the service. Payments must be made in full upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements are made.

3. Liability

Alkuwaiti Garage is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle or additional issues unrelated to the agreed service. We will take reasonable care of your vehicle during its time at our garage.

4. Warranty on Repairs

We provide a limited warranty on parts and labor for specified services. The warranty details, including the duration and coverage, will be shared at the time of service. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect.

5. Customer Property

We are not responsible for personal belongings left inside vehicles during service. Please ensure valuables are removed before leaving your car at the garage.

6. Appointment Cancellations

Customers are requested to inform us at least 24 hours in advance if they wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to notify us may result in a cancellation fee.

7. Force Majeure

Alkuwaiti Garage is not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

8. Modifications to Terms

Alkuwaiti Garage reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
